What are your rental rates?

Our rates vary depending on the time of year and the length of the rental, but generally our rates average between $90-$120/day. We do offer discounts for weekly, monthly and multi-month rentals as well. Don't forget to ask about our Corporate and Insurance Replacement rates.

Where are you located? We are located in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Do you offer delivery service?
Yes, we deliver allover Maryland, DC, Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Our delivery fees vary depending on the location, but typically the fees are anywhere from $50-$150.

Do you service local airports?
Yes, we offer delivery service to all airports in the Mid-Atlantic region. This includes Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Ronald Reagan National airport, Dulles International Airport, Philadelphia International, Wilmington-New Castle and Harrisburg International. The delivery charges for these airports vary depending on the airport.

What types of vans do you offer?
We offer a variety of makes and models. We offer Dodge Grand Caravans, Chrysler Town and Country, Ford Windstar and Chevrolet Venture. We can't guarantee a particular make or model, but we will do our best to fulfill your requests.

We offer vans with conversions made by Braun, IMS, VMI and Freedom. Some of our vans come equipped with transfer seats and hand controls, please let us know if you require a van that is equipped this way.

Do you offer drivers?
No, because of insurance limitations we do not offer driver services with our rentals.

Do your vans have disability parking license plates?
No, unfortunately the State of Maryland will not allow a rental car company to have these license plates. We recommend bringing a hanging placard with you when you rent a van from Accessible Rental Vans.
